Bleached Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Corn Meal, Sugar, Palm Oil, Dextrose, Whole Egg, Salt.
In large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups cornbread muffin mix, 1 tablespoon double-acting baking powder, and 1 cup water. Whisk ingredients into a thick batter. Spoon batter into a greased muffin pan or cupcake liners, filling 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
